Just bought my new car from Will M. and honestly, the whole experience was great from start to finish! Will M was super easygoing, not pushy at all, and really made me feel comfortable. I had a ton of questions (probably more than most people), and he took the time to answer every single one without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. He listened to what I actually wanted, instead of trying to push me into something more expensive or different from what I had in mind. I also appreciated how knowledgeable Will M. was about all the cars. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right fit rather than just make a sale. He broke down all the features of different models in a way that made sense, and he even helped me with the financing options without any pressure. When it came time to make a decision, it didn't feel stressful at all, which was a nice change compared to other dealerships I've been to in the past. The whole process felt smooth and relaxed, and I walked out of there feeling really confident in my choice. If you're looking for a car and want someone who's friendly, laid-back, and super helpful, I can't recommend Will M. enough. Definitely go see them if you want a great car-buying experience!

I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sam and the whole team at Stevens Creek. From the beginning to the end they made sure my needs were met; while making sure I was comfortable. I drove a long distance to do business with them, and I would do It again to be guaranteed that level of service. 1000/10 stars!

All the staff were welcoming and got my service oil change done here. They did get me in and out within an hour since I had brought it during the rush hour time and I did not get to make an appointment. Just did the walk in. Perfect score for the staffs and cleanliness of the dealership.

Last dealership I visited in my recent car buying process. Ended up buying one with an overall OK experience. Intro Called about a car I was interested in. Asked a couple of clarifications. Found out the ads had several incorrect information online, but confirmed the car had a specific feature that I was interested in (Honda Sensing). Not that it was a must have but it would have made the price a really good deal. Went to the dealership, waited for ~15 minutes before the car was finally brought out for us to check out. Well, it doesn't have Honda Sensing. Figures ... as with other dealership I visited, they will say whatever they need to say to get you in. No different here. Test Drive Interestingly he let us drove the car out of the lot on our own. Not sure if this was a positive or negative. Maybe he didn't want to get put on the spot in case I ask something he doesn't know and can't easily check while on the road. The test drive went ok. Post test drive / Negotiation Fairly short amount of wait time before he came back with the OTD number. But again as with other dealerships, he came back with a number that was way above the expected numbers. Walked line by line on what the charges were. At those numbers, might as well buy a new car. I told him to take out every optional items. Good thing he listened, didn't try to push the options, and came back within a few minutes with a number that worked for my budget. If he had attempted to push those options or returned with even 1 option left in, I would have walked out. Doc signing Thankfully I was buying the car with no financing. I can't imagine having to go through the financing negotiation where they would again ask if I wanted optional coverages or whatnot. The signing process was fairly smooth and quick, but the wait was not. From the time I got to the dealership to test drive was ~15 minutes. From test drive to finalizing the numbers was ~20 minutes. Waiting to sign the doc was literally 2 hours. The doc signing itself was probably less than 10 minutes since I didn't do financing, otherwise that would probably take a lot longer. So aside from providing incorrect information on the phone and the doc signing wait time, everything else was ok. Not great, but won't keep me from returning the next time I look for a car, assuming the car I bought holds up and not a lemon.
